TTS Ministry Inc. was founded in 1992 by Irie Lynne Session and was originally called Tell The Secret Seminars and Workshops. The goal of the ministry at that time was, (1) to provide support to women living with the negative effects of childhood sexual abuse and (2) to provide education to the community on the negative effects of childhood sexual abuse on children and adults.

As a result of the pervasive impact that keeping the secret makes on every area of a woman’s life, the vision and scope of TTS Ministry Inc., has evolved. In January 2003 the ministry was incorporated as a faith-based organization and in June 2003 the received status as a tax-exempt 501 c (3) organization. The ministry now provides spiritual workshops, outreach, community education, and supportive services. These services are specifically designed to empower women and youth who have been the victims of sexual abuse or who are at high risk for sexual abuse to live healthy spiritual, emotional, and relational lives.
